Context
MEDICUS ALPHA is a specialized clinic and one of the early projects in the development of VIZIA Ltd.
Right from the beginning, the investor chose to trust the proposed concept for a facade solution and the expertise of the team, even though at that time such an approach was more of an exception than a standard.
Our approach
The project was implemented with the clear understanding that the facade should not simply respond to current trends, but should maintain its functionality and representativeness over time.
The solutions were developed with a focus on proportions, detail, durability and durability.
The result
More than twenty years later, the building continues to look relevant and recognizable in the urban environment of Plovdiv.
For us, this site is an example of the value of trust between investor and contractor and proof that when decisions are made with a long-term horizon, time becomes the most objective assessment of quality.
