Concretes
Sika develops and sells a complete range of admixtures and admixtures for use in the production of concrete, cement and mortar. Roofing systems
Sika offers a full range of single-ply and prefabricated flat roofing systems, including both flexible sheet and liquid membranes, as well as thermal insulation and various roofing accessories. Demand in this segment is driven by the need for environmentally friendly, energy-saving solutions such as green roof systems, cool roofs and solar roofs, which simultaneously help reduce CO2 emissions. Floor systems
Sika flooring solutions are based on synthetic resins and cementitious systems for industrial and commercial buildings, e.g. pharmaceutical and food processing plants, public buildings such as educational and healthcare facilities, car parks and private residential properties. Each market segment is subject to its own specific requirements in terms of mechanical properties, safety regulations (e.g. slip resistance), antistatic properties and chemical resistance or fire resistance. Trends in the flooring market are driven by the increasing importance of safety and environmental regulations as well as customized technical requirements. Joint Sealing & Bonding

This segment contains concrete protection and repair solutions, such as repair mortars, protective coatings, cementitious mixtures and structural strengthening systems. It also includes interior finishing products such as leveling compounds, tile adhesives and tile grouts, as well as facade solutions for exterior use. Sika provides technologies for the entire life cycle of commercial buildings, residential properties and infrastructure structures. Especially in developed markets, many structures are decades old and need to be renovated. Finishing works
This segment focuses on residential and commercial buildings, for which Sika offers one of the most comprehensive sets of solutions dedicated to tiling, facade protection and decoration, as well as interior wall finishing. In particular with tile adhesives and tile grouts, as well as under-tile waterproofing and sound reduction systems. Sika's offering also includes products for exterior and interior walls, such as wall leveling products, decorative wall coverings and facade exterior insulation finishing systems (EIFS). The global trend of urbanization and the growing need for home improvement are further fueling the market.
